    Different Material for CNC Machining

As we’ve offering machining service for domestic and overseas more than 15 years and learned different material machining properties. How to choise the suitable cutters and adjust cutting speed to produce the excellent components? Different material surface treatment requirements? The maximum monthly output for different material? Our professional good English speaking engineer at Bsturn Industry will help you solve your project problems and welcome to contact us for free consultation and quotation!

Our CNC Machining For Aluminum Parts

Our advanced 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis, CNC milling ,CNC turning

WEDM (Wire cut Electrical Discharge Machining) and WDM technics combined with high quality surface treatment makes our CNC aluminum high tolerance and excellent outlook.

Aluminum is the commonly machined material, as it exhibits excellent machinability, and is thus the preferred material in the most manufacturing sector. Aluminum as a material offers some interesting thermal and mechanical properties. It has low density, is non-toxic, has a high thermal conductivity, has excellent corrosion resistance and can be easily cast, machined and formed. It is also non-magnetic and non-sparking. It is the second most malleable metal and the sixth most ductile.

Our CNC Machining Services For Titanium Alloy Parts

    .Titanium alloy machining: TA0 / Grade 1 / Grade 2 / Grade 4 / TB5/Ti6AL4V-Grade/ Ti-17,etc

Titanium 6AL4V(Grade 5): Grade 5 Titanium – It is one of the most popular alloys in the titanium industry and accounts for almost half of the titanium used in the world today.  Commonly referred to as Ti-6AL-4V (or Ti 6-4), this designation refers to its chemical composition of almost 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, 0.25% (max) iron  and 0.2% (max) oxygen.  It features excellent strength, low modulus of elasticity, high corrosion resistance, good weldability and it is heat treatable.  The addition of aluminum and vanadium increases the hardness of the material in the alloy matrix, improving its physical and mechanical properties.

Titanium Ti-17: Ti-17 Titanium Alloy,  also known as Ti-5Al-2Sn-2Zr-4Cr-4Mo alloy (UNS R58650), is used as a high strength deep hardening alloy for compressor discs and other large components. Ti-17 Titanium Alloy is a ‘β-rich’ α-β type titanium alloy. This alloy has high strength, good fracture toughness, high hardenability, and wide forging temperature. Its maximum operating temperature reaches 427 ° C.  Ti-17 Titanium Alloy can be processed in the beta region or the alpha + beta region. The Ti-17 alloy has a higher tensile and creeps strength than Ti-6Al-4V.
