Inspection Process
During machining, the slow wear of cutting tools can have a subtle effect on the dimensions of the part, which makes it difficult to control the dimensions of the product during batch machining. Therefore, quality inspection of mechanical parts during production and prior to shipment is necessary to ensure that critical dimensions of the product meet the tolerance requirements.
Our inspection process involves measuring and evaluating the dimensions and appearance of the product based on your drawings. For mechanical parts with high precision or for specific applications, in addition to dimensional compliance with tolerance requirements, the physical properties, surface finish, and sealing of the part must also meet design standards.
Raw Material Inspection
After the raw materials are purchased, the quality department checks the dimensions, hardness, and composition.
In-ProcessQuality Check
During the production stage, our workers will inspect the product dimensions to ensure that everything passes
QC Inspection In Production
When the machine is producing parts, our QC staff will inspect from time to time to ensure the quality.
Full Inspection
Batch production is completed and a full inspection is performed. Check if each dimension is qualified.
Surface Finishing Inspection
After the product is surface treated, QC needs to check if the surface meets the quality requirements.
Inspection Before Packaging
A final surface inspection is done on each product before packaging.
Inspection Equipment
Vernier Caliper
Four functions: outside diameter, inside diameter, step, and depth measurement.
Micrometer Caliper
(Measuring length can be accurate to 0.01mm, measuring range for several centimeters.)
Roughness Tester
Measure the roughness of part surfaces: flat, beveled, and cylindrical surfaces, etc.
Thread Gauge
Internal and external threads: control the minimum and maximum size of the internal threads of the workpiece.
2D Projector
The images observed under a conventional microscope are transferred to a computer for various measurements.
CMM
Calculation of various geometries and dimensions in a 3D measurable range by the software system of CMM.
